We have the facilities to machine on 3, 4 and 5 axis, and we can machine in 3D.
We can machine parts up to a maximum size of 1500 x 660 x 610mm depending on the design.
We have two twin spindle lathes with driven tooling and automatic bar feeders so we can set up small production runs.
We also have five CNC lathes and two manual lathes.
We can turn parts up to a maximum diameter of 500mm x 1000mm long.
We can centreless grind parts from 5 – 79mm diameter x 150mm long.
We can surface grind parts 250 x 250 x 500mm maximum.
We can surface grind up to 320mm dia x 100mm long.
